Returns, cancellations and refunds
Standard catalogue items have a 14-day return window from delivery of the last item in the order. Printing after purchase does not automatically make an item personalised.

Request a return or cancel an order through your customer account, or email nexpoint22233@gmail.com with your order number. A clear email is sufficient to exercise an applicable statutory right of withdrawal.
For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us with a description and photos if possible. We handle the claim with Printful. Please obtain the correct return routing from us before sending a parcel.
